• Solvent-free, skin-forming peel-off paste for water-free removal of dust, soot and other impurities
• This special, natural latex, removes years of soil deposits from surfaces and soot deposits post fire from items such as natural stone, brick, terracotta, concrete, render and marble.
• Cleaning can be easily carried out while the building is utilised since little water is needed and there is no development of dust. As a rule, Rozone`s Latex is applied in a spraying procedure. For smaller areas, the product can also be applied with a brush. While the water evaporates, the latex dispersion polymerises into an elastic film that adheres to the surface.
• After one to three days, the film is pulled off and most of the dirt is removed at the same time. Any remaining, loosened soil deposits can usually be quickly removed with a damp sponge.

For use by professionals

• Preparations

  Use a suitable tool to coarsely clean off the substrate.

  Set up a trial area to determine the cleaning effectiveness .

  Take appropriate measures to protect adjacent building elements and materials that should not come into contact with the product

• Application requirements

  Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +5 °C to max. +30 °C

  Stir the material thoroughly using a suitable tool.

  If necessary, stir in component B thoroughly.

  Apply with suitables tools to the full substrate area.

  Apply material over the entire surface manually or by airless spraying.

  Fill undercut areas and contours thoroughly with the material.

  After 24 hours and once completely dry, remove the film by pulling it off, keeping the tensile force as constant as possible.

  Cleaned surfaces can be further cleaned with a damp sponge or medium-hard brush (nylon bristles).

  Use as little water as possible.
