TAIT sets the standard for world-class live experiences. ROwasher now cleans TAIT’s production equipment

TAIT is the market leader in live experience design and production, bringing extraordinary ideas to life through staging and automation. They work with artists such as The Rolling Stones, Adele and Stormzy and are instrumental partners in creating productions across the globe including, The Olympics, The Superbowl and London’s West End Shows.
TAIT Towers contacted us looking for a cleaning solution for their production equipment.
Rozone’s Sales Manager Andy Parkes worked in partnership with TAIT Towers’ Louie Munton, the Assets Mechanical and Control Lead, formulating the best solution for TAIT’s requirements.
What Problem Needed To Be Solved?
TAIT Towers needed to clean and degrease lead screws for their fleet of winches.
The cleaning method had to be:
- Quick and effective
- Suitable for larger components
- Safe for users
What Problem Have We Solved?
We supplied our XL ROwasher. The XL ROwasher comes with an extra-large sink top and can be used as a two-person work station. TAIT can now clean their larger equipment parts such as greater capacity winches.
We recommended using our ROwash 03 Degreasing Solution in their XL ROwasher, designed to clean greasy parts quickly and efficiently.
Louie Munton at TAIT says “It does an incredible job. Much more effective and less time consuming than our previous parts washer.”
We ticked the box for a cleaning solution that is quick and effective but how did we score on user safety?
